We have been trusted by local families for over 28 years to teach them how to recognise and avoid confrontation and to effectively defend themselves should they not be able to avoid it. Our Kenpo Kids are full of self confidence and and belief in their abilities to achieve whatever it is they set their mind to. Our martial arts program offers so much more than learning how to protect themselves.
